Mayor Nan Whaley tries to sell issue 6 as a renewal when it is in fact a permanent tax change at the same rate.

Mailer sent to Dayton Households with Mayor Nan Whaley leading the lie to “renew” a tax that is in fact a vote to make it permanent.
