Is there an independent restaurant that does Cincy Style chili?

Before I decided to run for Congress- this site used to be a clearing-house on where to eat in Dayton OH. So – a quick jump back to that.

I was at Obama HQ on Sunday- and one of the staffers asked me where to get Cincinnati Style Chili in Dayton- from an independent. And since Chili King on North Main closed, I didn’t know of anyplace except Gold Star and Skyline.  Anyone else have some suggestions?

And for the record: I’m a Skyline fan. 4-way with onions.

For those of you who have no clue what Cincinnati Style chili is: it’s a sweet meat based chili (said to have chocolate and cinnamon in the recipe) served over spaghetti with shredded cheddar cheese- (that’s a 3-way) add red beans or onions for a 4-way or both for a 5-way.
